Dad lugged Sophia (32 lbs dead weight) up the mountain (about 1.5 miles vertical switchbacks) after she pooped her pants and refused to go up on her own- That's love.
Boat tour of the Grand Tetons. Apparently you can spend a week here learning to hike glacers and then spend the next week hiking it. That's another vacation, without Sophia.

Seriously a 4 week vacation is heaven in itself! Glad you were able to get some alone time to hike Timp. That is a good hike sans kids. We make our kids do it and are so happy to get to the top so we don't have to listen the whining anymore. LOL.
